Raj Kundra is treated like any other prisoner at Arthur Road prison and is kept in a general barrack with over 200 inmates, said Free Press Journal while quoting prison sources. Kundra was arrested on July 19 on charges related to the alleged production of pornographic films. Ryan Thorpe, Kundra’s accomplice, has reportedly been kept in a separate barrack.
Kundra who was arrested by the Mumbai crime branch on July 19 was sent to judicial custody on July 27. “On July 27, Kundra was produced in court and sent to 14 days judicial custody.
